DELIVERY POLICY – CANNA TRADERS EU

Effective Date: 01/05/2021

This Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Canna Traders EU and forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts this Delivery Policy in full.

 

1. B2B Deliveries Only

Canna Traders EU operates exclusively on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.

All deliveries are made only to registered business customers and professional operators.

We do not offer delivery to private consumers.

 

2. Delivery Areas

Canna Traders EU delivers to selected countries and regions at its sole discretion.

The availability of shipping to any destination does not constitute a guarantee that the Products are lawful, permitted, or suitable for import, possession, resale, or use in that destination.

It is solely the Buyer’s responsibility to verify whether Products may legally be shipped to, imported into, stored in, or resold within the destination country or region.

Canna Traders EU reserves the right to refuse, delay, cancel, or restrict shipments to any destination at any time without notice.


3. Order Processing

Orders are only processed once full payment has been received and cleared, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Order handling times may vary depending on:

 

  • stock availability

  • batch readiness

  • payment clearance

  • product category

  • packaging requirements

  • compliance review

  • operational workload

  • public holidays

  • logistics conditions

Any stated handling time or dispatch estimate is indicative only and does not constitute a binding commitment.

 

4. Shipping and Dispatch

Orders are dispatched using carriers, freight providers, postal operators, or logistics partners selected by Canna Traders EU or its fulfillment partners.

Canna Traders EU reserves the right to choose, change, or substitute the carrier, route, shipping method, packaging flow, or fulfillment location at any time.

We may also split orders into multiple shipments where operationally necessary.

Dispatch confirmation may be issued after shipment has been handed over for transport, but Canna Traders EU does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking, real-time updates, or delivery scan accuracy from third-party carriers.

 

5. Delivery Times

Any delivery time stated on the website, in correspondence, in quotations, or by support staff is an estimate only.

Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Canna Traders EU is not responsible for delays caused by:

 

  • customs procedures

  • carrier delays

  • incomplete shipping details

  • destination-country restrictions

  • border inspections

  • weather conditions

  • holidays

  • operational backlog

  • force majeure

  • failed delivery attempts

  • regulatory intervention

  • local courier issues

  • remote-area delivery conditions

Delayed delivery does not entitle the Buyer to cancel the order, refuse payment, demand compensation, or claim damages.

6. Transfer of Risk

All risk in the Products transfers to the Buyer immediately upon dispatch, handover to the carrier, or release from the warehouse or fulfillment point, whichever occurs first.


From that moment onward, the Buyer bears the full and exclusive risk for:

 

  • loss

  • theft

  • damage

  • delay

  • delivery failure

  • customs hold

  • customs seizure

  • border confiscation

  • destruction by authorities

  • return-to-sender events

  • incorrect delivery due to Buyer-provided information

  • exposure to heat, cold, humidity, or other transit conditions

  • any other event occurring during or after transport

 

Once a shipment has been dispatched, Canna Traders EU has no further responsibility for the shipment.

 

7. Insurance

Canna Traders EU does not provide shipping insurance, cargo insurance, customs insurance, or any other transport-related insurance unless explicitly agreed in writing.

All insurance relating to the Products and the shipment is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

If the Buyer wishes to insure goods against loss, theft, delay, damage, customs seizure, confiscation, or other transport-related risks, the Buyer must arrange such insurance independently and at its own expense.

Canna Traders EU is under no obligation to compensate, replace, refund, credit, or reship goods due to uninsured transit events.

 

8. Customs, Import, and Border Risk

 

The Buyer is solely responsible for all import-related matters, including but not limited to:

 

  • import legality

  • customs declarations

  • product classification

  • local permits

  • taxes

  • duties

  • inspections

  • border controls

  • regulatory compliance

  • local product restrictions

 

Any shipment that is delayed, held, rejected, seized, confiscated, destroyed, or otherwise affected by customs, border authorities, or regulatory bodies remains entirely at the Buyer’s sole risk and expense.

Canna Traders EU accepts no responsibility for any customs-related outcome after dispatch.

 

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are complete, correct, and deliverable.

If the Buyer provides incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information, all resulting losses, delays, additional fees, failed deliveries, and transit issues are borne solely by the Buyer.

Canna Traders EU is not liable for shipments affected by incorrect recipient information.

 

10. Failed Delivery and Returned Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered for any reason after dispatch, including but not limited to refusal, failed delivery attempts, customs blockage, incorrect address details, or destination restrictions, the shipment remains at the Buyer’s full risk.

Canna Traders EU is not obligated to:

  • refund the order

  • resend the shipment

  • replace the Products

  • issue credit

  • reimburse transport costs

  • reimburse customs costs

  • recover the shipment

 

Any reshipment, if exceptionally approved by Canna Traders EU, shall be entirely at the Buyer’s expense and subject to new payment, new shipping charges, and new risk transfer.

 

11. Delivery Condition and Inspection

The Buyer must inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt.

Any visible transport damage, shortage, packaging issue, or irregularity must be documented at the time of delivery and reported in writing without delay.

Any complaint relating to delivery condition must be submitted in writing no later than 10 calendar days after receipt.

If the shipment is accepted without reservation, it is presumed to have been delivered in acceptable condition.

The Buyer must retain the Products, all original packaging, and all shipment materials if a delivery-related claim is to be reviewed.

 

12. No Guaranteed Temperature or Environmental Control

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Canna Traders EU does not guarantee temperature-controlled, humidity-controlled, refrigerated, or special-condition transport.

The Buyer acknowledges that certain Products may be sensitive to:

 

  • temperature

  • humidity

  • time in transit

  • packaging compression

  • environmental exposure

 

All such transit-related risks pass to the Buyer upon dispatch.

Canna Traders EU shall not be liable for any changes in Product texture, appearance, consistency, aroma, cannabinoid profile, terpene profile, or other characteristics resulting from transport conditions after dispatch.

 

13. No Liability After Dispatch

Once the Products have been dispatched, Canna Traders EU shall have no liability or responsibility whatsoever for:

 

  • lost packages

  • damaged packages

  • stolen packages

  • delayed packages

  • seized packages

  • confiscated packages

  • rejected packages

  • destroyed packages

  • returned packages

  • carrier negligence

  • customs intervention

  • failed delivery outcomes

  • any financial, legal, or commercial loss connected to the shipment


All such risks are expressly assumed by the Buyer.

 

14. No Refunds, No Reshipments, No Compensation

Canna Traders EU does not offer refunds, reshipments, replacements, chargeback acceptance, credits, or compensation for shipments once dispatched, except where mandatory law expressly requires otherwise.

This applies in particular to cases involving:

  • transport damage

  • package loss

  • customs seizure

  • confiscation

  • regulatory interference

  • failed delivery

  • return-to-sender

  • carrier error

  • incorrect address details provided by the Buyer

  • destination-country restrictions

 

All post-dispatch events remain solely at the Buyer’s risk.

 

15. Force Majeure

Canna Traders EU is not liable for any delay, suspension, or failure to dispatch or deliver caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • war

  • strikes

  • carrier shutdowns

  • customs action

  • supply chain disruption

  • cyber incidents

  • natural disasters

  • governmental restrictions

  • public emergencies

  • regulatory changes


In such cases, dispatch and delivery obligations may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled without liability.
