LEGAL NOTICE – CANNA TRADERS EU

Entity: Canna Traders EU, KVK No. 95275355 (The Netherlands)

(Hereinafter referred to as “Canna Traders EU”, “we,” “our,” or “us.”)

1. Nature of Business

Canna Traders EU operates strictly as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier of hemp-derived products, including but not limited to:

THCA, CBD, CBG, CBN, isolates, extracts, vapes, flowers, hash, concentrates, and related raw materials.

All products are offered and supplied exclusively to business customers, including distributors, processors, retailers, manufacturers, and other professional operators acting in compliance with applicable local, national, and EU law.

We do not sell or distribute to private individuals or end consumers.

2. Legal Compliance

All Canna Traders EU products are sourced from industrial hemp and are supplied on the basis of product documentation, including batch-specific laboratory testing where applicable.

Any reference to legal status, THC thresholds, or regulatory compliance is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice, import authorization, resale authorization, or market access approval in the Buyer’s jurisdiction.

The Buyer bears sole and full responsibility for verifying, before ordering and before shipment, whether the products may be legally purchased, imported, transported, stored, possessed, marketed, resold, processed, or otherwise used in the relevant jurisdiction.

Canna Traders EU makes no representation or warranty that any product is lawful in the Buyer’s country, region, or intended market after dispatch.

3. Transfer of Risk, Shipping, Customs, and Insurance

All risk transfers to the Buyer immediately upon dispatch from our warehouse, logistics partner, or point of handover to the carrier.

From that moment onward, the Buyer bears the sole and exclusive risk for:

loss of goods

theft

damage

delay

failed delivery

incorrect delivery due to Buyer-provided information

customs holds

customs inspections

customs seizure

border confiscation

administrative restrictions

regulatory intervention

destruction of goods by authorities

and any other event occurring during or after transportation

Canna Traders EU has no responsibility, liability, or further obligation for any shipment once it has been dispatched.

The Buyer is solely responsible for arranging or obtaining any desired cargo insurance, transport insurance, customs insurance, legal protection, or other risk coverage. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, Canna Traders EU does not provide shipment insurance and is under no obligation to compensate, replace, refund, reship, credit, or otherwise cover any loss occurring after dispatch.

Any shipment that is lost, damaged, delayed, seized, confiscated, rejected, returned, destroyed, or otherwise interrupted in transit shall remain entirely at the Buyer’s risk and expense.

4. No Returns, No Refunds, No Reshipments

All sales are final.

Canna Traders EU does not accept returns, cancellations, chargebacks, refunds, credits, or reshipment claims once an order has been confirmed and/or dispatched, except where explicitly required by mandatory applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing.

In particular, Canna Traders EU shall have no obligation to refund, replace, or reship products in the event of:

customs seizure or confiscation

carrier loss or carrier damage

delivery refusal

import restrictions

regulatory intervention

Buyer non-compliance

incorrect shipping details provided by the Buyer

or any third-party transport issue

The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all such events are assumed entirely at the Buyer’s own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Canna Traders EU and its affiliated persons, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

loss of profits

loss of revenue

loss of business

loss of contracts

loss of opportunity

loss of data

loss arising from customs actions

shipping losses

transport damage

product seizure

market restrictions

or reputational damage

This exclusion applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statutory duty, or any other legal theory.

All products are supplied “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for resale in any specific market.

6. Product Disclaimer

Canna Traders EU makes no medical, therapeutic, nutritional, or health claims regarding any product.

All products are supplied solely for lawful industrial, technical, laboratory, research, processing, or collectible purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that product handling, labeling, marketing, resale, import, export, packaging, documentation, and end-use comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the relevant jurisdiction.

7. Buyer Responsibility

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms and warrants that:

it is a legitimate business customer

it has independently assessed the legal status of the products in its jurisdiction

it assumes all risk relating to import, transport, customs, storage, resale, and onward distribution

it understands that Canna Traders EU bears no post-dispatch responsibility

and it accepts that no compensation, refund, replacement, or insurance coverage will be provided by Canna Traders EU for post-dispatch events

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

To the extent legally permitted, all contractual and non-contractual matters arising out of or in connection with the use of this website and all transactions with Canna Traders EU shall be governed by the laws applicable to the contracting entity and the relevant jurisdiction stated in the applicable invoice, order confirmation, or contractual documentation.

To the extent legally permitted, the competent courts connected to the contracting entity shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Intellectual Property

All text, images, branding, graphics, product descriptions, documents, and digital assets displayed on this website are the property of Canna Traders EU or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, extraction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
