Terms & Conditions – Canna Trader Wholesale Platform

(collectively referred to as “Canna Trader,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)


These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all wholesale sales, purchases, and use of the Canna Trader website and related services.

By placing an order or accessing our platform, you (“the Buyer” or “Client”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

 

 

 

1. Nature of Business

 


Canna Trader operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale platform for hemp-derived products, including THCA, CBD, CBG, CBN, isolates, extracts, vapes, flowers, resins, concentrates, budders, oils, terpenes and related materials.


We supply only to licensed business entities such as wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and processing companies operating within the legal framework of their jurisdiction.

Canna Trader does not sell or ship products to private individuals or end consumers (B2C).

 

 

 

2. Legal Compliance and Buyer Responsibility

 


All products offered by Canna Trader are derived from EU-certified industrial hemp and are tested by accredited third-party laboratories to confirm that Delta-9 THC levels are below 0.2%, in accordance with EU Regulation (EU) 1307/2013 and national hemp regulations.


However, hemp and cannabinoid laws vary between countries and regions, and it is solely the Buyer’s responsibility to:

 

  • Verify the legality of purchasing, importing, possessing, or reselling our products in their own jurisdiction.

  • Ensure that their intended use, marketing, or resale of products complies with applicable local and national laws.

  • Obtain all necessary licenses, registrations, and permissions for hemp-related trade.

 


Canna Trader assumes no responsibility or liability for any legal consequences, import restrictions, seizures, or enforcement actions arising after shipment leaves our facility.


By placing an order, the Buyer explicitly confirms that they have:

 

  • Verified the legal status of hemp-derived products in their country.

  • The right to import and distribute such products.

  • Accepted full responsibility for compliance after shipment.

 

 

 

 

3. Product Specifications and Documentation

 


All products are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming cannabinoid profile, THC compliance, and absence of contaminants such as heavy metals or pesticides.


Products are supplied strictly “as is”, without any medical, therapeutic, or health claims.

We do not guarantee suitability for any specific application or resale market beyond compliance at the time of dispatch.


Minor variations in appearance, aroma, or cannabinoid content between batches are natural and do not constitute defects.

 

 

 

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

 

 

  • All sales are B2B only and subject to pre-approval.

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) apply and may vary by product category.

  • Prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and may change without notice.

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

     

    • Bank transfer (EUR)

    • Secure card payment

    • Invoice payment with EU reverse charge (no VAT) for VAT-registered entities

     

 


Orders are only confirmed once payment is received in full.

Canna Trader does not offer credit accounts or consignment sales.

 

 

 

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk Transfer

 


Canna Trader ships exclusively through trusted, registered logistics partners from our distribution hubs in Denmark, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, and Lithuania.


Delivery Time: 2–5 business days within the EU (estimated).


Upon dispatch, the Buyer will receive tracking and documentation.


Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, all risk transfers to the Buyer.

Canna Trader cannot be held liable for:

 

  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, or import controls

  • Seized, rejected, or destroyed shipments

  • Loss or damage occurring during transport

  • Incorrect delivery addresses or incomplete receiver information

 


We will, where possible, assist with documentation or inquiries, but any claims against carriers or authorities must be made by the Buyer directly.


All shipments are discreet, unbranded, and compliant with EU transport regulations.

 

 

 

6. Returns, Refunds, and Claims

 


Due to the perishable and legally sensitive nature of hemp-derived goods, all sales are final.

Returns, cancellations, or refunds are not accepted after order confirmation, except in the following cases:

 

  • Demonstrable product defect or quality deviation substantiated by COA or photo evidence.

  • Incorrect product or quantity shipped by error on our part.

 


All claims must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery.

After this period, products are deemed accepted.


Canna Trader reserves the right to replace or credit only the defective portion of a shipment at its sole discretion.

 

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canna Trader and its associated entities (Sense Organics ApS / Sense Organics NL B.V.) shall not be liable for any:

 

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, customers, or opportunities

  • Legal penalties or enforcement actions

  • Misuse, alteration, or resale of products beyond our control

  • Activation, conversion, or psychoactive effects resulting from heating or transformation of THCA or related cannabinoids

 


All products are sold for legal industrial, research, or resale purposes within applicable regulations.

Use, processing, or transformation outside legal limits is strictly at the Buyer’s own risk.


Canna Trader’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the invoiced value of the specific order in dispute.

 

 

 

8. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

 


All trademarks, logos, images, product descriptions, and website content are the exclusive property of Canna Trader or its suppliers.

No part may be copied, used, or distributed without written authorization.


Any private-label or white-label agreements shall remain confidential and must not disclose Canna Trader as the supplier without prior consent.

 

 

 

9. Dropshipping and Fulfillment Services

 


Canna Trader offers B2B-only dropshipping for authorized partners.

By using our dropshipping service, you acknowledge that:

 

  • Shipments are made only to registered business addresses.

  • You retain sole responsibility for compliance, resale legality, and client communication.

  • We act purely as a fulfillment provider under your commercial responsibility.

 


Canna Trader does not engage in or facilitate sales to private individuals.

 

 

 

10. Force Majeure

 


Canna Trader is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

 

  • Customs restrictions or government actions

  • Strikes, wars, natural disasters, or pandemics

  • Technical or logistic disruptions

 


In such cases, performance may be suspended or delayed without compensation.

 

 

 

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 


These Terms are governed by European Union trade law and the national laws of the country where the selling entity is registered:

 

  • Orders from Sense Organics ApS are governed by Danish law and subject to the jurisdiction of Copenhagen, Denmark.

  • Orders from Sense Organics NL B.V. are governed by Dutch law and subject to the jurisdiction of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

 


Any disputes arising shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled in the appropriate national court as specified above.

 

 

 

12. Final Provisions

 

 

  • Canna Trader reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • The latest version published on our website applies to all orders.

  • If any clause is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in full effect.

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Canna Trader and the Buyer and supersede all prior communications or representations.
